We can use our brains better
when we make use of our imagination
because when we imagine something
we concentrate on it.
We create what our brain concentrates on.
But it’s difficult to imagine something positive
if we are trapped by fear, worry, or anger.
It's easy to imagine love
when we are very peaceful.
Maintaining a peaceful state requires
technique and training.
But first it requires hope — hope that it's possible,
hope that you can do it, hope to even begin.
Have hope and you will create miracles.
